    Charlie has long, layered black hair and bangs. She usually wears her hair down and flowing over her shoulder. She has dark eyebrows that match her brown eyes. Up close one would be able to see a small ring of light brown around her pupil distinguishing it from her dark iris. She wears glasses which are round and grey with a thin rim around them. Coming in a a stout 5'3" Charlie is considered short by most but definitely makes up for it in spirit in the battlefield. When not wearing a Camp Half-Blood t-shirt, Charlie is usually seen in 70's and 80's band shirt with some form of parachute or cargo pants.

  • PERSONA

    Strengths: Conventionally attractive to most, mysterious to the point that some people feel drawn in, fit from camp training, gets things in return for helping ghosts (including information), usually stays out of trouble, becomes a lot more warm, playful and outgoing when she trusts someone, secretly very thoughtful if she cares enough about someone.

    Weaknesses: Slow to fully trust people, usually somewhat sleep-deprived, has a habit of not asking for help, doesn't yet know how to open up about her feelings, very easily distracted, off-putting aura to those scared of death, doesn't think that highly of herself anymore.

    Likes: Writing, animals, painting, reading, fitness, gaming, being around people who balance out her gloominess, people who don’t give up on her, staying up at night, non-judgemental people, underdogs, languages

    Dislikes: Her father, being a demigod, sleeping, stereotypes, cemeteries, cliques, superficial friendships, conditional love, judgement, being the centre of attention

    Fears: Since Charlie feels as though her life has already been ruined, now what she fears the most - quite ironically - is Death. Charlie fears that if she dies, she’ll be forced to live in the realm of her father in the underworld. She also fears dying alone.

  • HISTORY

    How they came to be at camp: When Charlie was 12 years old she met a protector by accident while he was protecting another demigod. The statyr quickly realized he was dealing with another demigod when a monster tried to attack Charlie who was still clueless at the time. The satyr in a frenzy explained what was happening. Of course, Charlie didn't understand anything. She returned home and told her mother about what the satyr had told her. Charlie's mother told her she was crazy, to not listen and never go to this camp. Over the next week Charlie made plans with the saytr and the other demigod, Caleb, to leave for camp. During their journey they were attacked by monsters, Charlie was plagued with many dreams of Caleb's death. While on their way to camp, just that happened. Caleb was killed during one of the monster attacks. This set Charlie on her darker path.She would be claimed within her first week at camp.

    Fondest Memory: The first week of her journey to camp.

    Biggest Regret: Not telling Caleb about her dreams she thinks could have saved his life.
  • Dreams: Charlie is cursed with seeing roaming spirits of the deceased wherever she goes. She usually copes with unwanted sightings by pretending she can't see or hear them, which only works up until they get too close and realise she's Hades’ daughter. The most difficult ones to ignore are the ones that don’t look like they’re dead. Though annoying, most of these spirits are benevolent and just require help realising that they are dead or settling unfinished business before they can pass onto the underworld. Charlie also sees these spirits in her dreams most nights. She usually watches their last day alive through the deceased's eyes right up until their death.I

    Power: Charlie can plague the mind of an enemy with realistic visions of either them or a loved one dying. Only the strong minded are able to realise that it's just an illusion in the moment, and even then it's still very unpleasant to experience. The inflicted can still move and speak while experiencing the visions, though it's difficult for them to see and hear their true surroundings, almost like wearing a virtual reality headset. This can be psychologically damaging to the victim depending on how strong they are mentally and emotionally.

    A gift from a ghost, Charlie often fights with Thanato. A medium length sword made with ​stygian iron. The handle is bone wrapped with black leather. When not in use the blade takes from of a container of ChapStick.
